10 stations that challenge
all your muscle groups

Going in with a bang! This 1,000-meter row fires up your arms, shoulders, and back from the very first pull. Time to kickstart your engine.
Heavy load, full throttle – legs, glutes, and core in overdrive. It’s you versus resistance, and only one wins. Push through and power it home.
Pull like your life depends on it. This station torches your lats, triceps, and lungs. Smooth movement equals fast transition.
Burning legs and a locked-in core. Lunge forward with a heavy sandbag on your shoulders. Every step builds control and strength.
Low, heavy, and merciless. Crawl forward while dragging weight – this is pure grit. Core and coordination under pressure.
Rope. Load. Full-body tension. Arms, back, and core working in sync. Pull hard, finish with fire in your muscles.
Pick it up and move. Your grip, shoulders, and focus are under tension from step one. Don’t drop it – own it.
Squat. Throw. Repeat. This high-rep burner hits your legs, arms, and lungs all at once. Aim high, find your rhythm.
