The right challenge for every level

STYREKX is all about character, perseverance, and enjoying performance. That’s why the race is structured in different levels, so that everyone can participate and push their own boundaries.

In the LIGHT category, you train and race with less strain and lower weights, but maintain the same flow, experience, and intensity. The LIGHT variant is perfect if you are participating for the first time or are looking for an accessible, fun fitness challenge.

The balance between strength and endurance comes together in an intense race that forces you to keep moving and persevere. Here, men and women show what they are capable of during 10 different workout stations and an equal number of 800-meter runs.

Heavier weights, higher resistance, and more intensity await you in the XTREME category. This class is designed for experienced athletes who want to push themselves to the limit. Every station, every run, and every second counts.

Young athletes aged 8 and up can participate in the YOUNGSTER category. Those aged 8 to 11 complete 6 runs and 6 workout stations, while athletes aged 12 to 15 can prove themselves in 8 challenges. All in a safe, responsible, and above all fun challenge!
