STYREKX uses well-known fitness and CrossFit-style exercises that can be trained in any gym. You’ll also find tips, explanations, and videos on our website and social media channels.

Each participant wears a timing chip. The clock starts at the beginning and stops at the finish. Every run, workout station, and transition is tracked, helping you to improve your training and time for future races.

Sportswear, clean (indoor) training shoes, and a valid ID. Optionally: a towel and a water bottle.
