I am coming by car
EXPO Greater Amsterdam is easily accessible; near the A4, A5, A9 and Schiphol Airport. Less than 40 minutes’ drive from Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam. In addition, EXPO Greater Amsterdam has more than 3,200 parking spaces. Parking tickets are available via the vending machines at EXPO Greater Amsterdam and online via the link below.
Approach routes
Take the Hoofddorp exit and follow the N201 towards Heemstede/ Haarlem. Turn right here after 7.5 kilometers in the direction of Vijfhuizen (N205). On the N205, turn right towards Vijfhuizen after 2.3 kilometers. After this, take the first left towards the parking lot of EXPO Greater Amsterdam.
Take the Haarlem-Zuid exit and follow N205 towards Hoofddorp/ Heemstede/ Lisse. Turn right on the N205 after 4.5 km towards Vijfhuizen. After this, take the first left towards the EXPO Greater Amsterdam parking lot.
Follow the N201 in the direction of Hoofddorp. On the N201, turn onto the N205 towards Vijfhuizen. Follow the N205 for 2.3 km and then turn left towards Vijfhuizen. Then take the first left towards the EXPO Greater Amsterdam parking lot.
I am coming by bus
EXPO Greater Amsterdam is accessible by public transportation via several stations. By train, you can travel to Station Schiphol Airport, Haarlem and Hoofddorp. From here, you can reach EXPO Greater Amsterdam by bus or cab.
If you are coming from Haarlem or Hoofddorp Station, take bus line 300 towards Zuidtangent. Then get off at the “Expo Haarlemmermeer” stop. It is now about a 100 meter walk to EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Bus 300 leaves every 8 to 9 minutes. Check 9292.nl for the current timetable.
If you come from Schiphol Airport, take bus 300 in the direction of Haarlem. Get off at the stop “Expo Haarlemmermeer, Vijfhuizen”. It is now about a 100-meter walk to EXPO Greater Amsterdam. Bus 300 leaves every 5 minutes. Look for the current timetable on 9292.nl.
I am coming by train
EXPO Greater Amsterdam is accessible by public transportation via several stations. By train, you can travel to Schiphol Airport Station, Haarlem, Heemstede-Aerdenhout and Hoofddorp. From here, you can reach EXPO Greater Amsterdam by bus or cab. In addition, you can also travel from Heemstede-Aerdenhout station by bicycle, this route is 8 km.
